Arend & Associates has been building in the Los Angeles/Orange County region for over 27 years. As a general contractor we have completed many commercial/retail/office build outs, but primarily build or remodel exquisite residential projects.  Our formula is to provide a quality product at a competitive price thru the use of a mix of specialty sub-contractors and experienced employees and "hands on" job site management.  Through 38 years of construction experience we have learned what it takes to get projects completed on time at a level of quality that we are proud of.  Our clientele has included Sony Music, Adidas, Quiz no's, and many others including celebrities and professional athletes.
